Learn More →From identifying a problem to building a movement of 3,000+ young people shaping Kenya's climate future.
Over 75% of Kenya’s population is under the age of 35, and nearly 80% of the country is classified as ASAL (Arid and Semi-Arid Lands):Regions that are most vulnerable to climate shocks.
Yet, despite being the most affected by the impacts of climate change on a daily basis, these communities have often been excluded from the decisions that shape their future.
We saw: Ideas without access. Resilience without recognition. Policies written about youth, but rarely with them.
So we began with a simple belief:
Those most affected must have the power to be heard.
A growing community of 3,000+ young people across Kenya, unified by one mission:
Turn silence into influence.
Turn youth into leaders of change.
Climate change is disrupting lives today. There is no time to wait.
Those most affected deserve the strongest voice in the room.
A single empowered young person can shift an entire community.
We don't train youth to attend meetings.
We prepare them to shape systems.
Youth participants have directly contributed to Kenya's Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) under the UNFCCC.
5+ national policy processes
Youth have shifted from symbolic inclusion to recognized policy stakeholders in national climate conversations.
Policy spaces now integrated
Climate policy now integrates lived community experiences from rural and ASAL areas, not just technical data.
Global + National platforms
From Narok County to beyond, we've seen how practical interventions transform lives and build resilience.
Families gain reliable access to nutritious food year-round.
Women generate income and step into leadership roles.
Communities become more resilient to climate shocks.
People begin to see themselves not as victims of climate change, but as part of the solution.
Youth have shifted from symbolic inclusion to recognized policy stakeholders in climate governance.
Policy conversations now include real experiences from communities experiencing climate impacts.
Youth-policy linkages strengthened across national and global platforms (COP, Pre-COPs, UNEA).
A new generation of skilled youth leaders influencing climate governance and creating opportunities.
Increased access to jobs, global forums, and leadership roles in climate and development sectors.
Thousands of young people are ready to lead. Opportunities for meaningful engagement remain limited.
Community solutions exist but need sustained funding and technical support to reach full impact.
Policy spaces are opening, but inconsistently. The risk isn't lack of passion it's losing momentum.
We collaborate with government agencies, Development partners, NGOs , Academic Institutions, Private Sectors, and Community Organizations to amplify our impact and scale our solutions.
Everything we do is guided by four core principles that keep us grounded, collaborative, and impact-focused.
Learn More About UsWe own our actions and report transparently to communities and partners.
No one solves climate change alone. We partner deeply and widely.
We pursue structural, lasting change — not just short-term outputs.
Every program is designed with long-term ecological and social impact in mind.
